- Welcome guests in accordance with hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Manage billing processes with the approval of the hierarchical superior.
- Promote the restaurant's outlets and events organized by Cheval Blanc.
- Set up, maintain, and oversee the designated area of the outlet.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and enhance revenue.
- Take orders, transmit them, and serve dishes and beverages following hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure the alignment of prepared dishes with guest orders, maintaining restaurant quality standards.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Present bills and process payments according to hotel procedures.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc maisons.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Assist in wine cellar management.
- Facilitate internal communication within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, with courtesy and tact.
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Precision, organization, and attention to detail.
