- Greet and welcome guests in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Handle billing and payment processes with managerial approval.
- Promote the hotel's dining outlets and events.
- Set up, maintain, and oversee the assigned section of the venue.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
- Take orders, relay them, and serve food and beverages following hotel protocols.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Present bills and process payments according to hotel standards.
- Promote various services and products within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff members.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, replenishment, and supply.
- Oversee wine cellar management.
- Facilitate internal communication within the service team.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BACPRO in Hospitality.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact.
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Team spirit and collaboration.
- Desire to learn and advance in hospitality and restaurant sectors.
- Proven experience in high-standard service settings.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese are advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar high-standard establishment.
BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BACPRO in Hospitality.
The position offers a pleasant and stimulating work environment, a 13th-month salary after one year, 50% health insurance reimbursement, access to LVMH private sales after six months, extensive internal training, a social worker on-site, secure bicycle and scooter parking, a company Uber account for late-night commutes, 90% transportation reimbursement, provided and laundered uniforms, and meals at the staff restaurant.
