- Welcome guests in accordance with hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Manage billing processes with the approval of the hierarchical superior.
- Promote the restaurant's offerings and events within the hotel and across Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, maintain, and supervise the designated area of the restaurant.
- Advise guests to ensure their satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
- Take and transmit orders, ensuring accurate service of dishes and beverages.
- Ensure alignment between prepared dishes and guest orders while maintaining restaurant quality standards.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Present and process guest bills following hotel procedures.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Conduct cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures.
- Supervise subordinate staff.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Assist in wine cellar management.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Restaurant Management
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred gastronomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
- Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability
- Precision, organization, and attention to detail
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Team spirit
- Desire to learn and advance in hospitality/restaurant sectors
- Significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment
- Sales and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in a third language preferred (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar high-standard establishment.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Restaurant Management
