- Welcome guests according to hotel procedures.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Handle billing and payment processes with managerial approval.
- Promote the restaurant and Cheval Blanc events.
- Set up and maintain the designated area of the restaurant.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Take and relay orders, ensuring timely service of food and beverages.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Present bills and process payments according to hotel procedures.
- Promote hotel services and products.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel standards.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen supply and replenishment.
- Assist in managing the wine cellar.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BACPRO in Hospitality.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
- Excellent interpersonal and representation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact.
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Team spirit and eagerness to learn and advance in hospitality.
- Proven experience in high-end service environments.
- Sales and communication proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese are advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of significant service experience in a similar high-end establishment.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BACPRO in Hospitality.
