- Oversee the preparation of menu components, ensuring adherence to technical specifications set by the Head Chef.
- Organize and manage the team under supervision, maintaining hygiene standards.
- Control the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and ensure quality.
- Prepare and monitor menu components, ensuring compliance with the Chef's instructions and hotel procedures.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality dishes that enhance the restaurant's reputation while optimizing costs.
- Maintain freshness and quality of products and manage perishable goods efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the assigned area, adhering to HACCP standards.
- Manage storage and preservation of food items.
- Participate in daily stock management, including FIFO, inventory, and ordering.
- Coordinate team efforts to ensure quality and smooth service.
- Welcome and train new team members.
- Supervise commis and demi-chefs de partie, providing operational support.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Cuisine
- Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant environments

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant is required.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Cuisine
