- Oversee the preparation and presentation of menu components in accordance with the Chef's technical sheets.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and manage the kitchen team effectively.
- Control the quality and freshness of ingredients upon receipt, adhering to HACCP protocols.
- Optimize food costs while maintaining high culinary standards and aesthetic presentation.
- Manage perishable goods efficiently and ensure proper storage and conservation of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen area, following HACCP standards.
- Coordinate daily stock management, including FIFO, inventory, and ordering.
- Train and supervise new team members, including commis and demi-chefs de partie.
- Report any safety or accident risks to the management team.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO Cuisine
- Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environments
- Organizational and operational management skills

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant is required.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO Cuisine
