1. Professional culinary qualification or equivalent training.
2. Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury or fine dining establishment.
3. Exposure to high-end, ingredient-driven cuisine.

2. Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
3. Ability to manage preparation and service with consistency and precision.
