1. Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the chef's specialty.
2. Assist in the management and training of demi-chefs and commis chefs.
3. Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards in terms of quality and presentation.
4. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and menus.
6. Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the head chef.

1. College level education in catering, preferably a Bachelor's Degree.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury resort or hotel.

1. Expertise in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of international culinary techniques and processes.
3. Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel setting is required.
