1. Assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen.
2. Prepare, cook, and present food to high standards.
3. Follow recipes and maintain kitchen hygiene.
4. Ensure guest satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create daily menus.
6. Rotate menu items to provide variety.
7. Ensure dishes are cooked, garnished, and presented attractively.
8. Maintain portion control and consistency.
9. Monitor food quality and taste.
10. Conduct regular taste tests and inspections.
11. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.
12. Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.
