1. Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and food preparation.
2. Ensure the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food meet high standards of quality and consistency.
3. Follow recipes and maintain kitchen hygiene.
4. Ensure guest satisfaction through culinary excellence.
5. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create daily menus.
6. Rotate menu items to provide variety and cater to guests’ tastes and dietary preferences.
7. Ensure all dishes are cooked, garnished, and presented attractively.
8. Maintain portion control and consistency in portion sizes.
9. Monitor food quality and taste to uphold high culinary standards.
10. Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to address any issues promptly.
11. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.
12. Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.

1. Ability to prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and dietary requirements.
2. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
3. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with the Executive Chef.
4. Proficiency in maintaining portion control and consistency.
5. Strong organizational skills to keep the kitchen clean and well-stocked.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel or resort.
