- Oversee the preparation of chocolate products, adhering to technical specifications set by the Executive Pastry Chef.
- Organize and manage the team, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients and manage inventory effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the work area, in line with HACCP standards.
- Coordinate the team's efforts to ensure high-quality service and product presentation.
- Train and mentor new team members and junior staff.
- Report any safety or risk concerns to management.
- BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine / MC Pastry
- Mastery of HACCP hygiene standards

A minimum of 3 years of experience, including 2 years as a Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or starred restaurant.
BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine / MC Pastry
