1. Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
2. Follow established recipes and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.
3. Ensure guest satisfaction through consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
4. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create daily menus that cater to guests’ tastes and dietary preferences.
5. Rotate menu items to provide variety and ensure guest satisfaction.
6. Maintain portion control and consistency in portion sizes.
7. Monitor food quality and taste to uphold high culinary standards.
8. Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
9. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.
10. Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.

1. Proficiency in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to menu and dietary requirements.
2. Ability to handle and store food ingredients safely and hygienically.
3. Strong collaboration skills with the Executive Chef and kitchen team.
4. Attention to detail in food presentation and portion control.
5. Capability to monitor and maintain high culinary standards.
6. Organizational skills to keep the kitchen clean and well-stocked.

A minimum of 3 years in a Chef de Partie or similar role within a high-end hotel or resort environment is required.
