1. Foundation level or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts.
2. Specialization in chocolate making is advantageous.

1. Mastery of French bread baking and pastry production techniques.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
4. Proficient computer skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage a multicultural team.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.

Foundation level or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts.
