- Ensure the delivery of Cheval Blanc's signature guest experience in apartments, making each stay memorable.
- Provide personalized service and maintain client relations on the floors, ensuring all guest requests are met and communicated effectively to the team.
- Coordinate with fellow Butlers to enhance guest stays and collaborate closely with the Housekeeping and Carte Blanche services.
- Implement special guest requests for rooms, including pre-arrival arrangements.
- Propose personalized welcome experiences based on the guest's VIP status.
- Coordinate the preparation of welcome gifts, F&B orders, and VIP spa products.
- Ensure the room's atmosphere aligns with Cheval Blanc's standards before guest arrival, coordinating with housekeeping as needed.
- Manage floral arrangements and valet services, including laundry and sewing requests.
- Maintain room conditions and functionality, conducting checks and coordinating with other departments under the supervision of the Butler Service Manager.
- Advise and organize guest stays, anticipating needs and providing sincere, targeted assistance.
- Support in-room dining services for VIP guests and larger parties, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort, adhering to current safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle complaints, proposing and implementing solutions in line with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Report any unusual situations regarding guest or colleague safety to management.
- Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (minimum BTS level).
- Knowledge of Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Concierge services or Butler experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high potential for representation.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with courtesy, tact, and discretion.

Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (minimum BTS level).
