1. Ensure the realization of the Cheval Blanc guest experience promise in apartments, making stays memorable.
2. Deliver the signature Cheval Blanc room service and personalize guest stays.
3. Manage guest relations on floors and ensure all requests are followed up.
4. Coordinate with other Butlers to enhance guest experiences and collaborate with Housekeeping and Carte Blanche services.
5. Handle special guest requests for Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suites, including pre-stay arrangements.
6. Propose personalized welcome experiences based on guest VIP levels.
7. Coordinate preparation of welcome gifts, F&B orders, and VIP amenities.
8. Ensure VIP welcome setup prior to guest arrival in rooms.
9. Inspect room atmosphere and coordinate adjustments with Housekeeping and Butler Service Manager.
10. Refresh floral arrangements in assigned apartments.
11. Manage Valet Service and guest tailoring requests, liaising with Laundry services.
12. Ensure room condition and functionality through checks and coordination with other services.
13. Advise and organize guest stays in collaboration with hotel services.
14. Anticipate guest needs and provide sincere, targeted assistance and advice.
15. Fulfill guest requests to the highest standard.
16. Assist room service for VIP guests or large parties.
17. Guarantee quality of services related to guest requests.
18. Maintain excellent, discreet relationships with guests.
19. Ensure guest safety and comfort.
20. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
21. Manage complaints and propose solutions under the supervision of the Butler Service Manager.
22. Report any unusual situations regarding guest or colleague safety to management.

1. Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (minimum BTS level).
2. Knowledge of Housekeeping, Restaurant, Reception, and Concierge services or Butler profession.

1. Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); a third language is advantageous.
2. Mastery of sales and communication techniques.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, and ideally Concierge Organizer and Know Cross.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and representational potential.
6. Exceptional customer service skills, courtesy, tact, and discretion.

Minimum of 3 years of significant experience as a Housekeeper, Assistant Maître d'Hôtel Room-Service, Receptionist, Concierge, or Executive Assistant.

Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (minimum BTS level).
