- Provide personalized and exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with discretion and efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the property and its offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage guest requests and preferences, ensuring a tailored and memorable stay.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of guest accommodations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
- Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a graduate of a hotel school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting in a similar role.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and flexible with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, polite, and open-minded demeanor.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting in a similar role is required.
Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or hotel school graduate.
