1. Welcome guests and manage their check-in, stay, and departure.
2. Coordinate guest requests with various departments.
3. Anticipate the needs of assigned guests.
4. Inspect villas and suites for quality before guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness and proper amenities.
5. Handle in-house concierge services, including reservations and bookings for transportation, dining, and entertainment.
6. Occasionally present villas and suites to guests, showcasing the art of living in a villa.
7. Inform reception of unexpected arrivals and departures, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Daily inspection of villa and suite areas, including private bars and room conditions.
9. Ensure the renewal of welcome amenities according to established protocols.
10. Manage guest laundry procedures, overseeing valet service.
11. Arrange table and terrace decorations with provided decorative items and candles.
12. Take orders, serve, and clear Carte Blanche orders in suites and villas.
13. Escort guests during their movements and introduce them to service associates.

Complimentary accommodation, meals provided, 41-hour work week with two consecutive days off, uniform provided and maintained daily, access to hotel retail outlets at preferential rates after three months of service.
