1. Assist in delivering the signature Cheval Blanc welcome and personalizing guest stays.
2. Coordinate and organize guest itineraries under the supervision of the Butler Service Manager.
3. Fulfill special guest requests for room arrangements prior to their stay.
4. Prepare welcome gifts, notes, and F&B orders, as well as spa and VIP amenities.
5. Set up VIP room arrangements before guest arrival.
6. Ensure the Cheval Blanc ambiance is maintained in guest rooms.
7. Promote hotel services, including apartments, restaurants, bars, spa, and excursions.
8. Anticipate guest needs and respond to daily requests with sincerity and precision.
9. Maintain excellent client relations with confidentiality and discretion.
10. Answer phone calls courteously as per established procedures.
11. Ensure guest safety and comfort.
12. Report any unusual situations concerning guest or colleague safety to management.
