1. Assist in delivering Cheval Blanc's signature welcome and personalized guest experience in rooms.
2. Coordinate with the Butler Service Manager and hotel services to organize guest stays.
3. Implement special guest requests for room arrangements made prior to arrival.
4. Prepare welcome gifts, notes, and F&B orders, as well as spa and VIP amenities.
5. Set up VIP welcome arrangements in rooms before guest arrival.
6. Ensure the room atmosphere aligns with Cheval Blanc standards before guest arrival.
7. Personalize and enhance the guest room experience throughout their stay.
8. Promote hotel services including apartments, restaurants, bars, spa, and excursions.
9. Anticipate guest needs and address daily requests with sincerity and precision.
10. Maintain excellent client relations with confidentiality and discretion.
11. Answer phone calls courteously according to procedures.
12. Ensure guest safety and comfort.
13. Report any unusual situations concerning guest or colleague safety to management.
