1. Advise and organize guest stays under the supervision of the Head Butler, coordinating with all hotel services.
2. Implement special guest requests for their rooms, made prior to their stay.
3. Assist in the preparation of gifts and welcome notes, as well as F&B and Spa VIP welcome orders.
4. Arrange VIP welcome amenities in the room before guest arrival.
5. Ensure the Cheval Blanc ambiance is present in the room prior to arrival.
6. Personalize and enhance the guest room experience throughout the stay.
7. Promote all hotel services, including apartments, restaurants, bars, spa, and excursions.
8. Anticipate guest needs, address daily requests, and provide sincere and targeted assistance and advice.
9. Maintain excellent client relations with confidentiality and discretion.
10. Answer phone calls courteously according to procedures.
11. Ensure guest safety and comfort.
12. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding guest or colleague safety to management.
