- Welcome guests at the venue in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Advise guests on cocktail and spirit selections to ensure optimal satisfaction and drive sales.
- Promote dining venues and events within the hotel and across Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, manage, and monitor the assigned area of the venue.
- Ensure stock management and supply for the venue.
- Prepare cocktails and various beverages upon guest request.
- Take orders, transmit them, and serve food and beverages following hotel procedures.
- Clear and reset tables.
- Present bills and process payments as per hotel or venue procedures.
- Promote available services and products within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of bar menus.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, including alcohol and tobacco consumption laws.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding guest or colleague safety to management.
- Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
- MC Barman certification
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
- Strong gastronomic culture
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Familiarity with Cheval Blanc standards and norms
- Excellent interpersonal skills and representational potential
- Passion for bar and restaurant environments
- Outstanding customer service skills, courtesy, and tact
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar establishment is preferred.
Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
