- Prepare, set up, and oversee the designated area of the bar.
- Ensure the supply and management of bar inventory.
- Welcome guests to the bar area.
- Advise guests to ensure their complete satisfaction and contribute to the bar's revenue optimization.
- Prepare cocktails and various beverages upon guest request.
- Participate in or manage order taking, ensure its communication, and serve food and drinks according to hotel procedures.
- Clear and reset tables.
- Present bills and process payments according to hotel or bar procedures.
- Promote the various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Assist in the creation and evolution of bar menus.
- Facilitate information flow and ensure effective internal communication within the service.
- Adhere to and enforce hygiene and safety regulations, as well as alcohol and tobacco consumption laws.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.
- Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
- MC Barman certification
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
- Strong gastronomic culture
- Familiarity with Cheval Blanc standards and norms
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
- Passion for the bar and restaurant industry
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, with courtesy and tact
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills

A minimum of 3 years of significant experience in a similar establishment is desired.
