- Welcome guests at the bar according to hotel procedures.
- Advise guests on cocktails and spirits to enhance their experience.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout service.
- Promote the bar and restaurant events within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, manage, and maintain the bar area.
- Manage stock and supplies for the bar.
- Prepare and serve cocktails and various drinks upon guest request.
- Take orders, transmit them, and serve food and beverages according to hotel procedures.
- Clear and reset tables as needed.
- Present bills and process payments following hotel protocols.
- Promote hotel services and products.
- Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel standards.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen supply and upkeep.
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of bar menus.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, including alcohol and tobacco consumption laws.
- Report any safety or accident risk situations to management.
- Diploma in Hospitality or Catering
- MC Barman certification
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
- Excellent interpersonal and representation skills
- Passion for the bar and restaurant industry
- Strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Minimum 3 years of significant experience in a similar establishment is required.
