1. Welcome guests according to hotel procedures.
2. Assist the bartender in cocktail and spirit sales and service.
3. Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
4. Participate in inventory management.
5. Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
6. Contribute to cellar management.
7. Assist in the creation and evolution of bar menus.
8. Support bartenders in order taking, drink preparation, and service.
9. Ensure internal communication and information flow within the service.
10. Maintain bar cleanliness and machine maintenance.
11. Adhere to safety, hygiene, and beverage legislation.
12. Ensure excellence in the client experience.
13. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.

1. Education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants.
4. Strong gastronomic culture.
5. Proficiency in computer tools.
