1. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for bakery products.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and preparation of pastries and breads.
3. Ensure service delivery adheres to hotel standards and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes as required.
7. Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to supervisors.

1. BEP/CAP in Bakery or BAC PRO in Cuisine.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurant environments.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bakery Assistant or significant internships in a luxury hotel bakery setting.

BEP/CAP in Bakery or BAC PRO in Cuisine.
