2. Perform all treatments from the spa menu, including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.
3. Supervise the team of Beauty Experts.
4. Participate in recruiting and training a versatile and operational team.
5. Welcome and attend to guests.
6. Manage inventory and ensure adherence to service procedures and standards.
7. Collaborate closely with all departments of the Maison and Guerlain.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
3. Familiarity with Opera and Spa Booker software.
4. Knowledge of Guerlain protocols.
