Cheval Blanc Assistant Spa Manager

- Assist in managing the Cheval Blanc Spa operated by Guerlain.
- Perform all treatments from the spa menu, including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.
- Supervise the team of Beauty Experts.
- Participate in recruiting and training a versatile and operational team.
- Welcome and attend to guests.
- Manage inventory and ensure adherence to service procedures and standards.
- Collaborate closely with all departments of the Maison and Guerlain.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Opera and Spa Booker software.
- Knowledge of Guerlain protocols.
- Mastery of sales techniques.

The position includes accommodation with minimal rent contribution, meals provided during work hours, and a work uniform maintained daily.
