1. Assist the Spa Manager in daily operations of the Cheval Blanc Spa operated by Guerlain.
2. Perform all treatments from the spa menu, including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, and beauty services.
3. Supervise the team of Beauty Experts.
4. Participate in recruiting and training a versatile team proficient in various aesthetic treatments and massage techniques.
5. Welcome and attend to guests.
6. Manage inventory and stock levels.
7. Ensure compliance with service procedures, Cheval Blanc standards, and Guerlain standards.
8. Collaborate closely with all departments of the hotel and Guerlain.
