1. Advise clients on spa services and products, tailoring personalized treatment programs.
2. Ensure seamless scheduling and appointment management for spa services.
3. Foster team cohesion and maintain effective communication between spa management and staff.
4. Supervise the spa team, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc and Guerlain standards.
5. Prepare and maintain the spa environment to ensure an enchanting atmosphere.
6. Manage spa reception duties including opening and closing procedures, appointment bookings, and daily transactions.
7. Address client inquiries and manage complaints efficiently in the absence of the Spa Manager.
8. Train spa reception staff and oversee fitness area responsibilities.
9. Promote the Cheval Blanc brand with enthusiasm and integrity.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

4. Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism.
