1. Guide guests with expertise through the selection of wines and spirits, creating memorable tasting experiences.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
2. First experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment.

1. Significant service experience in a high-standard establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
5. Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury setting.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
