Cheval Blanc Assistant Security Manager

- Organize and oversee security and fire safety activities in collaboration with service providers to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Develop and enforce procedures, standards, and guidelines for security and fire safety, including reception, surveillance, access management, and emergency equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and laws pertaining to public establishments.
- Conduct regular security patrols in accordance with established procedures.
- Manage security documentation and implement safety recommendations, organizing and following up on safety committee meetings.
- Provide internal training on first response and first aid, and coordinate the network of safety personnel.
- Issue access credentials and maintain related databases in compliance with legal standards.
- Monitor security indicators and management procedures, maintaining records and dashboards.
- Facilitate communication and information flow with all hotel departments.
- Report any unusual security situations or potential accident risks to management.
- Valid SSIAP 2 certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Valid SST or PSC1 certification.
- Valid AFPS certification and professional security card.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in security management systems and protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a security management role is required.
