1. Assist and substitute the Security/Safety Manager during absences.
2. Manage the security/safety team effectively.
3. Organize and oversee the activities of specialist operators.
4. Ensure compliance with current fire safety and quality procedures at Cheval Blanc Paris.
5. Manage human resources including task planning and allocation.
6. Develop and monitor work programs and team patrols.
7. Participate in and support team patrols.
8. Prepare and follow up on safety commissions and implement corrective measures.
9. Perform operational on-call duties as required.

1. Minimum SSIAP 2 certification in progress or valid.
2. SST or PSC1 certification in progress or valid.
3. Valid AFPS title and professional card.

1. Comprehensive knowledge of the hotel premises.
2. Proficiency in security/safety tools and procedures.
3. Proficient in office software applications.
4. Ability to control fire safety systems.
5. Strong managerial capabilities.
6. Analytical skills for situation assessment.
7. Ability to read plans and execute emergency procedures.
8. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
9. Strict adherence to safety regulations.
10. Diplomatic and empathetic interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
