- Assist and substitute the Security Director during absences.
- Manage the security team effectively.
- Organize and oversee the activities of specialist operators.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety and quality procedures at Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Manage human resources, including task planning and allocation.
- Develop and monitor work programs and team patrols.
- Participate in and support team patrols.
- Prepare and follow up on security commissions and implement corrective measures.
- Perform operational duties as defined by service notes.
- Valid SSIAP 2 certification or equivalent.
- Current SST or PSC1 certification.
- Valid AFPS title and professional card.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the hotel premises.
- Proficiency in security tools and procedures.
- Strong managerial capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
- Analytical skills for situation assessment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Diplomatic and empathetic interpersonal skills.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
