1. Assist and substitute the Security Director during absences.
2. Manage the security team effectively.
3. Organize and oversee the activities of specialist operators.
4. Ensure compliance with fire safety and quality procedures at Cheval Blanc Paris.
5. Manage human resources, including task planning and allocation.
6. Develop and monitor work programs and team patrols.
7. Participate in and support team patrols.
8. Prepare and follow up on security commissions and implement corrective measures.
9. Perform operational duties as defined by service notes.

1. Valid SSIAP 2 certification or equivalent.
2. Current SST or PSC1 certification.
3. Valid AFPS title and professional card.

2. Proficiency in security tools and procedures.
3. Strong managerial capabilities.
4. Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
5. Analytical skills for situation assessment.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
