- Assist the Restaurant Manager in all duties and act as a replacement in their absence.
- Ensure the optimal condition of the restaurant at all times.
- Oversee the service operations from guest reception to departure, adhering to hotel procedures.
- Guarantee guest satisfaction by ensuring service standards are met by the team.
- Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Update guest profiles and handle complaints with care according to hotel procedures.
- Propose enhancements to products/services to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote hotel services and the Cheval Blanc Collection to foster client loyalty.
- Manage reservations in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and pastry teams.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and adherence to HACCP protocols by the team.
- Manage inventory and stock according to hotel procedures.
- Control service-related costs and implement actions to increase revenue.
- Monitor performance indicators and educate the team on operational costs.
- Participate in recruitment and development interviews for new team members.
- Welcome, train, coordinate, and organize team activities.
- Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene regulations.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
