1. Assist the Reception Manager in their duties and supervise in their absence
2. Train and motivate reception staff
3. Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion
4. Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure optimal satisfaction
5. Coordinate with all hotel service teams to ensure smooth operations
6. Handle guest complaints and issues with care according to hotel procedures

1. Higher education in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector
