1. Develop and implement learning and development programs in alignment with brand standards.
2. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and performance.
3. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities.
4. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
5. Maintain comprehensive records of training activities and outcomes.
6. Support the onboarding process by providing orientation and training to new hires.

1. Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management from a reputable institution.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality in a similar role.

1. Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with office equipment.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Creative thinking and analytical skills.
6. Passion for mentoring and proven experience in planning and delivering training.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality in a similar capacity is required.

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management from a reputable institution.
