2. Maintain high standards of service quality as per LQA benchmarks from breakfast through dinner service.
3. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
4. Gather and utilize information from various departments and cardex to personalize guest experiences.
5. Train team members in Cheval Blanc service standards.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality is required.
