1. Provide exceptional guest reception and information on hotel services.
2. Support accommodation service managers in executing and monitoring assigned tasks.
3. Participate in team supervision and training.
4. Promote hotel services such as restaurants, spa, and leisure activities to guests.
5. Gather and analyze guest feedback to enhance service offerings.
6. Update guest preferences in the Cardex system.
7. Address guest complaints and ensure corrective actions are implemented via Knowcross.
8. Assist in the development and training of the reception team, ensuring adherence to Maison and LQA standards.
9. Oversee daily reception team organization.
10. Propose new processes and services to improve service quality.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
2. Proven track record in luxury hospitality.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in guest service management systems.
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, particularly in a front office or guest relations role.
