- Assist the Front Office Manager in all reception-related tasks and supervise in their absence.
- Train, motivate, and support the reception team.
- Maintain excellent relations with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Coordinate effectively with all hotel departments, including butlers, housekeeping, and security.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries with empathy and according to hotel procedures.
- Higher education degree in Hospitality Management.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
