1. Manage client relationships throughout their stay, ensuring all requests are met to enhance satisfaction.
2. Promote hotel services and the broader Cheval Blanc Collection to foster client loyalty.
3. Provide personalized and warm welcomes to guests, especially VIPs and regular patrons.
4. Assist the Director of Guest Services in daily team management, including recruitment, integration, and training.
5. Supervise daily operations of guest services, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and adherence to standards.
6. Handle delicate situations and client complaints with professionalism.
7. Monitor performance indicators and internal quality audits to enhance service delivery.
8. Act as the Director of Guest Services in their absence, making necessary operational decisions.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in Front Office within luxury hospitality.
2. Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role.

1. Proficiency in PMS tools.
2. Excellent knowledge of luxury hotel standards and clientele.
3. Fluency in French and English.
4. Strong service orientation and emerging leadership skills.
5. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Professional presentation and diplomatic communication.

Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end hospitality front office roles, with initial supervisory experience required.
