- Manage client relationships throughout their stay, ensuring all requests are met to enhance satisfaction.
- Promote hotel services and the broader Cheval Blanc Collection to foster client loyalty.
- Provide personalized and warm welcomes to guests, especially VIPs and regular patrons.
- Assist the Director of Guest Services in daily team management, including recruitment, integration, and training.
- Supervise daily operations of guest services, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and adherence to standards.
- Handle delicate situations and client complaints with professionalism.
- Monitor performance indicators and internal quality audits to enhance service delivery.
- Act as the Director of Guest Services in their absence, making necessary operational decisions.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Front Office within luxury hospitality.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proficiency in PMS tools.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury hotel standards and clientele.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong service orientation and emerging leadership skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and diplomatic communication.
Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end hospitality front office roles, with initial supervisory experience required.
