- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Advise and organize guest itineraries upon request.
- Guide guests with Cheval Blanc Paris-approved recommendations.
- Present and promote hotel services including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide sincere, targeted assistance in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure guest requests are fulfilled to the highest standards.
- Maintain excellent relations with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Manage email correspondence with clients before and after their stay.
- Stay informed of local events and maintain a network with peers and local service providers.
- Contribute to creating unique guest experiences under the guidance of senior concierges.
- Record and monitor guest-related operations using hotel software.
- Handle billing and cash transactions.
- Manage and reconcile cash float.
- Coordinate delivery of newspapers, messages, and packages to guest rooms.
- Ensure hotel entrance and surroundings are accessible, clean, and safe.
- Collaborate with bell staff for guest errands and arrivals.
- Answer phone calls courteously according to Cheval Blanc Paris standards.
- Facilitate internal communication within the concierge team and with other hotel departments.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Report any unusual situations concerning guest or colleague safety to management.
- Higher education in Hospitality Management
