- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Advise and organize guest activities upon request.

- Manage email correspondence with guests before and after their stay.
- Stay informed of local news and maintain a network with peers and local service providers.
- Contribute to creating unique guest experiences under the guidance of the Concierge team.
- Record and monitor guest-related operations using hotel systems.
- Handle billing and payments.
- Manage and reconcile cash float.
- Coordinate delivery of newspapers, messages, and packages to guest rooms.
- Ensure hotel entrance and surroundings are accessible, clean, and safe, following Cheval Blanc Paris safety and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain good relations with porters and grooms for guest errands and welcome.
- Answer phone calls courteously, following Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Facilitate internal communication within the service and with other hotel departments.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Report any unusual situations regarding guest or colleague safety to management.
- Higher education in Hospitality Management
