- Supervise, coordinate, and lead the concierge team.
- Assist the Head of Guest Services in all concierge-related tasks.
- Ensure prompt handling of guest complaints and requests, personalizing their experience and anticipating needs.
- Organize and optimize the concierge service by developing quality procedures and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to LQA standards.
- Fluency in English and one additional language.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in handling guest complaints and requests.
- Ability to develop and implement quality procedures.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality is required.
The position offers accommodation with minimal rent contribution, meals during working hours, a 41-hour workweek with two consecutive days off, and a uniform provided and maintained daily.
