1. Supervise, coordinate, and lead the concierge team.
2. Assist the Head of Guest Services in all concierge-related tasks.
3. Ensure prompt handling of guest complaints and requests, personalizing their experience and anticipating needs.
4. Organize and optimize the concierge service by developing quality procedures and implementing corrective actions.
5. Ensure adherence to LQA standards.

1. Fluency in English and one additional language.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality is required.

The position offers accommodation with minimal rent contribution, meals during working hours, a 41-hour workweek with two consecutive days off, and a uniform provided and maintained daily.
