1. Assist in setting up the bar area and maintaining cleanliness and optimal supply levels throughout service.
2. Facilitate communication between the bar and its suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, and stewarding departments.
3. Support the bartender in their duties and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
4. Contribute to the ambiance and high-quality service of the bar, adhering to hotel and outlet procedures.
5. Participate in the production, service, and clearing of beverages and dishes.
6. Ensure the bar is restocked and cleaned during service.
7. Maintain the bar's cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
8. Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
9. Develop a commercial attitude towards customers, including greeting, seating, and service.
10. Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
11. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
2. MC Bartender certification
3. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
4. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining

Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
