1. Assist the Senior Bar Manager in all duties and act as their deputy in their absence.
2. Ensure the optimal condition of the bar at all times.
3. Oversee service operations from guest reception to payment, adhering to hotel procedures.
4. Guarantee guest satisfaction by ensuring service standards are met by all team members.
5. Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
6. Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure optimal satisfaction.
7. Update guest profiles (Cardex) regularly.
8. Handle guest complaints and feedback with empathy, following hotel procedures.
9. Collaborate with the security team to ensure guest safety and comfort.
10. Contribute to the creation of bar menus in collaboration with the Head Bartender.
11. Develop precise technical sheets for all menu components and ensure adherence.
12. Propose new products/services to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
13. Promote hotel services and the broader Cheval Blanc Collection to guests.
14. Manage reservations for the bar in line with hotel procedures.
15. Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and pastry teams.
16. Ensure maintenance of equipment and premises, and adherence to HACCP protocols by the team.
17. Oversee stock and supply management according to hotel procedures.
18. Manage service-related costs and implement actions to increase bar revenue.
19. Monitor service performance indicators and educate the team on operational costs.
20. Participate in the recruitment and development interviews of new team members.
21. Train, coordinate, and organize the team, ensuring effective communication of client-related information.
22. Ensure compliance with beverage service legislation.

1. Hospitality or Catering qualification
2. MC Barman certification
3. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
4. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments
5. Strong understanding of gastronomy
6. Proficiency in computer tools

A minimum of 5 years of significant experience in a similar establishment is required.

Hospitality or Catering qualification
