1. Prepare and maintain the cleanliness and optimal supply of the service area throughout the shift.
2. Facilitate communication between the service area and its suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding.
3. Assist the head waiter in their duties and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Promote the various services and products available at the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
5. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.

1. Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining environments
4. Strong understanding of gastronomy
