1. Assist in daily operations within the sommelier service.
2. Aid in setting up offices and operational equipment.
3. Participate in stock management and equipment maintenance related to the service.
4. Support superiors in ensuring quality service and adherence to established standards.
5. Collaborate as part of the sommelier team, demonstrating teamwork and adherence to instructions.
6. Comply with work schedules set by the supervisor, in accordance with employment legislation.
7. Communicate operational and team management information to the Director of Sommellerie.

1. CAP or Bac Pro in Service and Commercialization, or Bac STHR

4. WSET Level 1, 2, 3, or 4

1. Passion for oenology and knowledge of vineyards and gastronomy
2. Desire to achieve excellence
3. Curiosity and open-mindedness
4. Ability to represent Cheval Blanc with a polished image and professional demeanor
5. Understanding of Cheval Blanc's standards and norms
6. Experience in a restaurant setting
7. Basic theoretical knowledge of vineyards and oenology
8. Professional proficiency in English

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
