1. Assist in daily operations within the sommellerie service.
2. Support the setup of offices and operational equipment.
3. Participate in stock management and maintenance of service-related equipment.
4. Aid superiors in ensuring quality service and adherence to establishment standards.
5. Collaborate with the sommellerie team, demonstrating teamwork and adherence to instructions.
6. Comply with work schedules as determined by the supervisor.
7. Communicate operational and team management information to the Director of Sommellerie.

1. Passion for oenology and knowledge of vineyards and gastronomy
