1. Assist in setting up and maintaining the cleanliness and supply levels of the room service area throughout service hours.
2. Support the relationship between the room service point of sale and its suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, and stewarding.
3. Ensure optimal client satisfaction.
4. Stay informed daily about all restaurant activities and VIP guest arrivals.
5. Serve tables discreetly and professionally, and prepare food and beverage orders.
6. Maintain cleanliness and order in the room service area during service periods.
7. Ensure all condiments and supplies are neatly stored at the workstation.
8. Report guest feedback regarding food and beverages to supervisors.
9. Maintain and care for all equipment and small materials.
10. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, managers, and ambassadors from other departments.
11. Assist in ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
12. Ensure all service and storage areas are safe and clean.
13. Participate in minimizing losses and negligence related to equipment breakage and supply control.
14. Clean and maintain the room service and service areas.
15. Manage relationships with the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding.
16. Ensure optimal conditions for the point of sale's usage.
17. Implement and guarantee adherence to HACCP hygiene standards.
18. Develop a commercial attitude towards clients under supervision.
19. Assist in stocking minibars in rooms under supervision.
20. Actively participate in preparing client welcomes and assist in their setup if necessary.
21. Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
22. Inform superiors of any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety or accident risks.

1. Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS)
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurant environments
4. Strong gastronomic culture
