1. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for pastry products.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and development of pastries and desserts.
3. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of workspaces and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Contribute to the sorting and disposal of waste.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to clients or colleagues to the hierarchy.

1. CAP, BEP, or BP in pastry.

5. Desire to learn and progress in pastry work under the supervision of a Chef de Partie.
6. Maintain a polished image and professional demeanor representing Cheval Blanc.
7. Knowledge of Cheval Blanc's standards and norms.

No prior experience required.

CAP, BEP, or BP in pastry.
