1. Assist in the setup and maintenance of the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and optimal supply levels throughout service.
2. Facilitate communication between the dining area and suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, and stewarding departments.
3. Support the service team in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
4. Aid in the study of profit and loss statements, project development, and the creation of new menus.
5. Participate in planning, human resource management, and various administrative tasks.
6. Ensure adherence to HACCP hygiene standards.
7. Promote hotel services and products to guests.
8. Report any safety or security concerns to management.

1. Enrollment in a hospitality or culinary arts program.
2. Understanding of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.

5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Micros is advantageous.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
