1. Oversee and organize the daily cleaning and restoration of guest rooms and bathrooms.
2. Manage the cleaning of corridors and service areas.
3. Ensure the replenishment of rooms with clean linens and toiletries.
4. Conduct thorough checks of room functionalities according to the establishment's procedures.
5. Report any defects or damages to the Housekeeping Manager.
6. Prepare rooms for the night according to the property's service standards.
7. Organize the work of housekeeping teams, ensuring optimal stock levels of cleaning and guest supplies.
8. Respond to guest requests in collaboration with the butler team.
9. Ensure team productivity by planning and organizing tasks efficiently.
10. Adhere to and enforce safety and hygiene regulations.
11. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
