1. Audit and verify bills transferred to city ledger with relevant backup information.
2. Handle posting of all payments and invoice allocations.
3. Assist Director of Finance and Accounts Finance Controller in billing and collection matters.
4. Verify details of new clients applying for credit lines.
5. Control and manage Receivable Accounts, including grouping and coding.
6. Verify data and control Accounts Receivable transfers to the system.
7. Prepare and distribute invoices, ensuring supporting documents are classified by Accounts Receivable type.
8. Ensure consistency in follow-up of Accounts Receivable collections.
9. Control and follow up on returned cheques.
10. Monitor usage and issuance of Receipts/Tax Invoices.
11. Prepare Monthly Barter Agreement Report and submit to General Manager and Financial Controller.
12. Prepare Monthly Bed Tax Report before statutory deadlines.
13. Participate in Night Audit procedures as required.
14. Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

4. Excellent organizational and data management skills.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
